Fulfillment Time

Most items are "built to order". This means they are partially built or bare PCBs that I complete once you place your order. Depending on the module and how many orders I have this can take between one and two weeks, but the average order ships in under a week. If you have any questions or want an estimate please contact me.
I am not responsible for damages caused during shipping, but I will repair damaged items for free.

Shipping is calculated upon checkout.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Repairs are always free
I don't accept cancellations

I gladly accept returns or exchanges within reason

The refund will be issued after I receive the returned item.

You must notify me within 14 days of delivery.

The item must not be damaged.

I don't like to do returns for reasons like "I decided I wanted to go with a different module", or "I decided I want to go a different way with my rack" Remember I'm just a little one man shop please. If you have regrets sell it on Reverb.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
